Chanticleer is one of the other truly fine dining experiences on Nantucket. Service is impeccable and the food is always excellent. Note that this is the only island restaurant that requires gentlemen to wear jackets. Make sure you make your reservation for the downstairs dining room. The upstairs seems much more confining, although the food and service remain excellent.
