Format

We will comply with NCAA Regulations. After all divers complete Rounds I ( 5 voluntary dives with 9.5 limit), and II (optional dives without limit), 8 divers will advance to the finals.

There divers will perform Round II, and their scores will be added to their Round I total from the Preliminaries to determine placement.

With the exception of Saturday, all final dives will be performed during evening finals.

On Saturday, the one meter finalists will complete any three of their Round II dives immediately after their preliminaries, and then complete their remaining three optionals in the evening.

We will sign up for flights and confirm the judging panels (five per event) at our Wednesday evening coaches’ meeting.

Please note that twisting dives such as 5223 and 5225, regardless of whether they are listed as "a" or "d" will retain their "d" position d.d. of 2.3 and 2.7, respectively.

Note also that, on Friday, the one meters are open at all diving warm up times; however, we ask that only the men’s 3M finalists use the 3 meter boards, and that they do so after the women’s event at approximately 3 p.m. Men’s finalists will have plenty of time between 3 p.m. and the start of their event at approximately 8:30 pm to warm up.
